Description from the developer: "I always hoped somebody would make Wolf3d work on the Microsoft Smartphone! I like Wolf3d much more than doom personally, probably because it is very bright in comparison to doom’s dark rooms and atmosphere making it more addictive (in my opinion!). For those of you who don’t know about Wolf3d, it was the first 3D first person shooter game ever and, I think, still one of the best (I spent many hours playing this game in the past!). Overview of Wolf3D from id Software (the author): Maybe it was the fact that people got to blow away Nazis. Maybe it was the sheer challenge of it all. For whatever reason, Wolfenstein 3D and Spear of Destiny, pioneered the first-person shooter genre and brought its legendary creators, id Software, worldwide notoriety and numerous awards.
In fact, The Computer Gaming World Hall of Fame recognized Wolfenstein 3D as helping to shape the overall direction of the computer gaming industry.

Instructions for use of Wolf3D:
1. Grab the Wolfenstein 3D shareware files from here: ftp://ftp.3drealms.com/share/1wolf14.zip
2. Unpack them anywhere you like and put my .EXE file in the root of the same directory on your Smartphone and run it! Note: You only need files with .wl1 extensions, other files are not necessary to run the game on your Smartphone (for the full version you will need .wl6 files).
